We are seeking an outstanding, ambitious senior leader to join the Drayton Green and St John’s Primary Schools Federation as Head of School at Drayton Green Primary School.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a welcoming and inclusive one-form entry primary school with a Special Resourced Provision (SRP) for pupils with Special Educational Needs, serving children from across the borough. The SRP brings specialist expertise and inclusive practice that strengthen outcomes across the whole school community.

You will lead the day-to-day operational and educational life of the school, shaping culture, standards and pupil achievement, while benefiting from the strategic strength and professional collaboration of a federation model. You will work closely with an experienced Executive Headteacher and supportive governance, ensuring you are empowered to lead — but never in isolation.
